About Us

LMI Infrastructure Partners is a long-term investment vehicle led by Richard, backed by a group of experienced investors and operators. Our mission is to acquire and grow a portfolio of exceptional businesses, preserving the founders' legacies while driving the next chapter of success. Unlike traditional buyers, we bring a hands-on, operational approach—committing fully to the day-to-day leadership of the company post-acquisition. With deep respect for what’s already been built, we focus on stability, continuity, and sustainable growth. We are not interested in quick flips—we are here for the long haul.

Our Founder

Richard is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a track record of driving strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and financial excellence across international markets. As the former CFO of a diversified industrial conglomerate, he managed 13 businesses generating £70 million in annual revenue and oversaw four SME acquisitions averaging £25 million each in enterprise value. Prior to this, Richard led client implementation and due diligence at Goldman Sachs, managing over 500 corporate assessments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He also founded an ed-tech startup and has lived and worked across Africa, North America, the UK, and Europe. Richard holds an MBA from HEC Paris with a focus on M&A and strategy.

Our Investors

Our investors are a carefully selected group of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and institutional backers with decades of experience in acquiring, operating, and scaling successful businesses. Many have built and led companies themselves and now support the next generation of leaders through mentorship, strategic guidance, and long-term capital. They bring deep expertise across industries such as industrials, infrastructure, technology, and business services, and share a commitment to responsible ownership, operational excellence, and lasting value creation. Their backing ensures not just capital, but a strong network and trusted insight at every stage of the journey.
